About Ferringway Condominiums

Ferringway Condominiums was the first and is still the only hotel condominium rentals in Durango. Built in 1984 on just over 4 acres, the 50 residences are behind Fort Lewis College and Hillcrest Golf Course. Each property is individually owned and decorated. All have been renovated. The architectural design is quite unique, allowing many of the properties extraordinary views of the surrounding mountains.

Nestled in the hillside surrounding Durango, Ferringway is adjacent to Fort Lewis College and Hillcrest Golf Course. Inside of our spacious vacation spot, there are many rooms featuring up to 2 beds, 21/2 baths, and many amenities.
