All residences offer generous space within each of our five styles. Each property offers a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a full-size kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom(s), private deck, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, and cable television. Most properties have high-speed internet. All properties are nonsmoking. All residences are individually owned and decorated.

Astoria – 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom
This 740 sq ft. property features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and dining area, as well as a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen bed. There is either a sofa sleeper or air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations in the living room. Each unit has a stackable washer and dryer.

Biltmore – 1 bedroom, plus loft bedroom, and 1 bathroom
This 850 sq ft. property features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and dining area, as well as a full kitchen. There is separate bedroom on the main level. There is either a sofa sleeper or futon for additional sleeping accommodations in the living room. A spiral staircase takes you to the loft bedroom. Each unit has a stackable washer and dryer. The bed types vary in each property.

Commodore – 1 bedroom, plus loft bedroom, and 2 bathrooms
This 1050 sq ft. property features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and dining area, as well as a full kitchen. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room on the main level. A sofa sleeper in the living room offers additional sleeping accommodations. Upstairs a loft bedroom and bathroom provides a private and cozy bedroom. Bed types vary in each unit.

Drake – 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms
This 1150 sq ft. property is on one level. A step-down living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a sofa sleeper. There is a separate full kitchen and dining room. Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms are available as well as washer and dryer. Bed types vary in each property.

Exeter – 2 bedroom and 2 ½ bathrooms
This 1250 sq ft. property is on two levels. The entry level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a laundry area. Upstairs there is a full kitchen, ½ bath, and a great room with wood-burning fireplace. These properties have spectacular views of the La Plata mountains.
