Ferringway Condominiums 2009 Rates

• Ferringway recommends advance reservations.  In order to receive a refund you

          need to cancel two weeks prior to arrival

• All condominiums are individually owned .  No one condo is decorated the same.

          Photos are a random sampling of units

• All major credit cards are accepted
• Additional person charge is $15/person/night
• Rollaway charge is $15 per night
• Check in time is 4:00PM or after - check out is 11:00AM
• All condos have varying a of amounts of stairs to reach the unit
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
• We are unable to accommodate pets.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is due 14 days in advance.  No refunds for cancellation at that point.  No refunds for early departure. We offer CSA travel insurance.  Other restrictions apply during holiday periods. Call for details.
